Privacy Policy

KiroKids Connect (“KKC,” “we,” “us”) provides a pediatric wellness assessment and patient-education platform used by chiropractic practices. Parents and guardians complete a short assessment about their child — typically in a practice's office or through a link the practice shares — and receive an educational wellness report by email.

The assessment and report are educational tools. They are not a medical diagnosis and are not a substitute for professional care.

From parents and guardians: your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it; your child's first name and age; and your answers to the assessment questions about your child's health and wellness.

From chiropractic practices: account and practice profile information (practice name, contact details, branding) provided when a practice signs up for KKC.

Collected automatically: basic technical and usage information such as device type and interactions with our emails (for example, whether a report email was opened), which helps us make sure reports are delivered and the service works.

• To generate your child's wellness report and deliver it to the email address you provide.
• To make the assessment results available to the chiropractic practice you completed the assessment with, so they can follow up with you about your child's care.
• To send follow-up educational emails related to your child's results. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To send text messages only if you have given consent to receive them, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your practice: assessment information is shared with the specific chiropractic practice you completed the assessment with. Each practice's data is kept separate — other practices using KKC cannot see your information.

Service providers: we use trusted vendors to run the service — including cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and authentication providers — who process data only on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

If you choose to share your child's report link with others, the shared page shows only a limited preview (such as your child's first name and overall score). The full report is delivered privately to your email.

KKC is designed for use by adults — parents, guardians, and healthcare practices. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about a child is provided to us only by that child's parent or guardian as part of completing the assessment. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, or you want information about your child deleted, contact us at todd@kirokidsconnect.com and we will delete it.

• Unsubscribe: use the link in any email to stop receiving follow-up messages.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email us at todd@kirokidsconnect.com to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted.

We keep assessment information for as long as needed to provide the service to you and your practice, or until you ask us to delete it. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the practice you worked with and the KKC team members and vendors who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard safeguards.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
